MEDIA RELEASE & LIABILITY WAIVER
Schwazze x NM Cannabis Chamber Vendor Summit 2025
By attending the Schwazze x New Mexico Cannabis Chamber Vendor Summit 2025 (the "Event"), you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Media Release & Liability Waiver.
MEDIA RELEASE
By entering the event premises, you grant Schwazze, the New Mexico Cannabis Chamber, event organizers, sponsors, and media partners (the “Event Organizers”) permission to capture, use, and distribute your likeness in any media format, including but not limited to:
- Photography, videography, and live-streaming recorded during the event.
- Marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and social media content used for current and future event promotions.
- Press releases, website publications, and digital/print advertisements.
You waive all rights to inspect or approve the use of your image and release the Event Organizers from any claims related to the recording, distribution, or public display of media captured at the event.
If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify an event staff member at check-in, and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate your request.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY
By attending this event, you acknowledge and accept that:
- Participation is voluntary, and you assume all risks associated with attending a live event, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or personal property loss.
- The Event Organizers are not responsible for any incidents that may occur during the event, including interactions with vendors, other attendees, or third-party service providers.
- You agree to comply with all event rules, safety regulations, and venue policies.
