EVENT WAIVER AND RELEASE:
FARM FLOURISH
Whereas Farm Flourish LLC, is a limited liability company organized in the State of New Mexico licensed by the State of New Mexico as a cannabis establishment to produce cannabis products. We also maintain and operate a club type environment (hereafter, “community garden”) on its licensed premises, and
Whereas Farm Flourish has made every reasonable and practical attempt to ensure that the community garden is a comfortable and safe place,
Whereas admittance to the community garden is limited by Farm Flourish to guests authorized by Farm Flourish to use the area and who voluntarily choose to use the garden, and
Whereas Farm Flourish does not wish to be held liable for harm to a guest claimed by such guest to have been caused by use of the community garden, animals, equipment, property or facility, nor defend itself from claims of such liability,
Whereas all photos, and any and all digital images captured at Farm Flourish remain the property of Farm Flourish, and must be reviewed and approved by Farm Flourish previously to any reposting or advertising, or this said property will be inadmissible in any court of law or hearing of judgement.
Intending to be legally bound by this Waiver and Release, by purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you agree that you will not make any claim for damages in any administrative or judicial forum in any jurisdiction against Farm Flourish, LLC or any individual or entity owning an interest in Farm Flourish LLC for any damages claimed to have been caused by your voluntary use of the community garden.
